Terms and Conditions



These Terms and Conditions refer to the use of the services offered by  Virgo Hotel & Spa.

The use of the services by the  Virgo Hotel & Spa  client implies the client’s full and unreserved acceptance of each and every one of the clauses of these Terms and Conditions.

These Terms and Conditions will constitute a valid and binding agreement between the client and  Virgo Hotel & Spa  in relation to the use of the services.

Virgo Hotel & Spa  may modify the Terms and Conditions at any time by notifying the client in advance by publishing the new version on the website, and/or by email.



The hotel requires reservations prior to your arrival. Reservations are considered confirmed after the respective reservation deposit has been made and confirmed by the hotel through reliable means.

In the event of not completing the percentage of the reservation informed in a timely manner, said reservation will be deemed to have fallen, leaving the amounts paid in favor of  Virgo Hotel & Spa , without the right of any claim by the client.



The rates published on the Virgo Hotel & Spa website are valued per night of stay, they include VAT and tourist taxes, as well as government taxes. 



1. Check-in or entry time is at 4:00 p.m.

Check-out or departure time is at 10:00 a.m.

Departures after 10:00 am will be subject to a charge equivalent to the value of one night.


No partial refund is made for the included services that passengers voluntarily renounce or for reasons beyond  Virgo Hotel & Spa  , public health or force majeure.



Service cancellations by passengers for any reason give rise to the following withholdings calculated on the total contracted value. The credit will be granted in  services  for the value of the remainder to be used in the same destination. Only applicable for reservations without late payment.

(*) Said 10% constitutes the reservation management charge that will not be refundable in any case.


VII. No Snow Policy

In the event that Valle de Las Leñas SA considers, 48 ​​hours before the start of the stay, that the snowy weather conditions (lack of snow) are not given for the normal practice of activities in the ski center or that there are no security conditions On the way to that destination, you can cancel the departure, in which case  Virgo Hotel & Spa  will enable the following options for customers who are not in arrears:


1. Credit the amounts paid in services for future stays in the same destination (subject to availability).

2. Travel the same if the Transport and/or Accommodation services were enabled for this purpose.


Application criteria: The state and condition of the slopes will be the one officially reported by Valle de Las Leñas.

Ski Center Closed

For a center to be considered closed, there must be reliable communication from it, mentioning that all lifting means are out of operation. In such a situation, a credit note will be granted for the paid services to be used in the rest of the current season (subject to availability of places and paying the difference if any) or for the following season, under the same conditions, to contracting the same types of services. No refund will be recognized in case of using services of lesser value.




Virgo Hotel & Spa   offers strict confidentiality, security and protection of the information that the client provides, complying with all applicable Provisions and Laws, mainly with the Provisions of the Personal Data Protection Law No. 25,326 and its regulations, with those contained in the art. 25 of the same, art. 9, regarding security measures and art. 10 referred to the confidentiality of the data.


IX. Right of admission and/or permanence

The client is expected to behave in an orderly and acceptable manner at all times and not to disturb the enjoyment of other guests. We reserve the right to immediately terminate your reservation and the reservation of the members of your group if we (acting reasonably) consider your conduct to be in breach of this clause.

Conduct that we reasonably deem to be inappropriate includes, but is not limited to:

1. Inappropriate levels of noise or disturbances.

2. Intoxicated or rebellious behavior.

3. Any behavior that seems offensive to other clients or collaborators.

In the event that we cancel your reservation, you will be forced to leave your accommodation immediately. You will be responsible for any damage or loss caused by you or a member of your party. Full payment for any damage or loss must be paid prior to your departure. If you fail to make payment, you will be responsible for compliance with any claims (including legal costs) subsequently made against us as a result of your actions together with all costs we incur in pursuing any claims on your behalf. against.

Our obligations to you end when the reservation is terminated. We will have no obligation to reimburse you for lost accommodation and we are not responsible for any expenses or costs incurred as a result of termination.




The quantity and quality of the services provided will be adjusted to the terms and conditions of the contract.

The services (such as the spa) that are not enabled, either because they are seasonal or because they are under maintenance, do not provide the possibility of any kind of claim.




The client must be over 18 years of age and not be under any legal or factual impediment to contract. Failure to comply with this clause will nullify any act carried out by the client without the client’s right to any claim and will enable  Virgo Hotel & Spa  to initiate the corresponding legal actions against the client or against whoever is responsible (parents, guardians, managers or curators).



This contract is governed by the laws of the Argentine Republic.

Any controversy that arises in relation to these Terms and Conditions is submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the ordinary courts of the Autonomous City of Buenos Aires, Argentine Republic.
